macOS Monterey 12.3 release is near

Apple has been testing the latest version of macOS Monterey, 12.3, for a while now. A slew of new features were added in the first beta.

For example, Universal Control is now finally available, with which you can place your iPad next to your Mac and then easily move your mouse between both screens. There was also the option to update your AirPods and add notes to your passwords. In addition, 37 new emojis were added.

In beta 3, Monterey got a new button in System Preferences: ‘Universal Controls’. Previously, the feature was well hidden in the depths of System Preferences. Has anything else changed in beta 5?

What’s New in macOS 12.3 Beta 5

The short answer is: “No, no more new features have been added.” At the same time, that is also good news, because it means that the final release is not long in coming. We’re guessing it will take at most two weeks before macOS Monterey 12.3 is officially released.
