It has only just become available, but KTM has already announced a significant price reduction for the new 990 DUKE 2024. According to KTM, an extensive recalculation showed that “THE SNIPER” could be offered to customers even more cheaply.
The new price is € 15,999 ready-to-drive, which is a lot less than the € 17,290 that previously had to be paid. You can buy quite a few crates of Duvel for that. Or just what you like.
In addition, the TECHPACK is now included with the engine, although that is only for the quick decision makers. The promotion only applies while supplies last.
This means that the engine is now temporarily supplied as standard with: QUICK SHIFTER+, LAUNCH CONTROL, WHEELIE CONTROL, CRUISE CONTROL and TRACK MODE. On top of all this, the KTM has a 4-year warranty when serviced by an authorized dealer.
In addition to a powerful engine, an all-new chassis and updated swingarm design, plus improved ergonomics and technology, it is now comparable in displacement and proportions to motorcycles with larger engines.
According to KTM, the power source is a significantly improved version of the LC8c engine from the KTM 890 DUKE R, with a displacement of 947 cc. The heart of the KTM 990 DUKE delivers 123 hp and 103 Nm, with a total weight of 179 kg.
