Make photo collage on smartphone

Have you been on holiday or had a nice outing? Undoubtedly some nice photos were taken. Make a collage of your favorite photos. This can be done, for example, with the Google Photos app.

• Open the Google Photos app. Is it not on your phone? Then install it on the smartphone first.

• Tap at the bottom of the screen Assistant.
• Under ‘Create’, tap collage.
• Tap the photos you want to add to the collage. The photo collage can contain 2 to 9 photos.
• At the top right, tap To make.

• Open the Google Photos app.
• Tap the tab Albums > collages.
• Tap the photo collage you want to edit.
• Tap the three sliders icon .
• The editing options appear on the screen. Tap the “Photo Filter” icon at the bottom left to add a filter.
• Tap the desired filter, for example Automatically (Android) or Car (iPhone). The collage is adjusted.
• Tap the three sliders icon at the bottom to adjust the exposure and color of the photo collage.
• Tap the dot behind ‘Light’. Drag it to the left to darken the photo collage and to the right to make it lighter.
• Tap the down arrow behind ‘Light’ for more options . Adjust the settings by dragging the dots on the sliders to the left or right. For example, do you want a dark border around the photo collage (vignette)? Then drag the circle behind ‘Vignette’ (iPhone) or ‘Vignetting’ (Android device) to the right.
• Is the lighting satisfactory? Tap the up arrow behind ‘Light’ to close the extra options .
• If necessary, adjust the color of the photos in the collage. To do this, tap the dot behind ‘Color’. Drag it to the left to remove the colors from the photo collage and to the right to enhance the colors.
• Tap the down arrow behind ‘Color’ for more color options . Drag the dots on the sliders to the left or right to adjust the settings.
• When the color is the way you want it, tap the up arrow behind ‘Color’ .
• An Android device also has the option ‘Stand out’. Makes the photo more contrasting.
• Want to undo all edits? Then tap the icon of the three dots in the top right > Operations approx. to make (Android device) or Undo edits (iPhone).
• Save the edited collage and tap at the top of the screen Save.
• Optionally tap Change.
