110 hp more than MC20

Especially for those who already have everything else, Maserati comes with an exclusive piece of automotive track toy. The Project24 called extremist was already shown on digital drawings in the middle of this year and is now better visualized.
In July, Maserati showed the first drawings of the Project24, an exclusive non-road legal car that shares its base with the Maserati MC20. Although its name suggests otherwise, Maserati will only build 62 units of the Project24. No copy of the Project24 is the same, claim the Italians.
Although we see remnants of the MC20 especially in the middle part of the Project24, both the front and the back are completely different. During the development of the Project24, Maserati was able to let go of all the brakes. Because it doesn’t have to be street legal, Maserati is of course free to make something extreme out of it. In addition, the Project24 is not specifically developed for a certain racing class, which removes almost any form of restrictions.

Just like the MC20, the Project24 has the Nettuno called V6, a machine that produces 630 hp in the MC20, but which kicks it up to 740 hp in the Project24. The Project24 weighs about 1,250 kilos, so count on pretty intense performance. However, Maserati has not yet released it.
