43 and 63
The new Mercedes-AMG GLC is available in two versions: as 43 4Matic and as 63S E Performance. There is of course a nice power difference between the two and now we also know what the price difference is.
Earlier this summer we were introduced digitally to the brand new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4Matic and the heavier Mercedes-AMG GLC 63S E Performance. The former has a 2.0 four-cylinder with turbo that distributes 408 hp and a maximum torque of 500 Nm to all four wheels. The GLC 63S E Performance has an equally large four-cylinder, but it is supported by an electric motor that brings the system power to a crazy 680 hp. The maximum torque of that plug-in hybrid and also four-wheel drive gun is an asphalt-destructive 1,020 Nm. So there is quite a difference between the two and that is of course also reflected in the price tag.
Mercedes-AMG asks at least €134,291 for the GLC 43 4Matic, where the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63 SE Performance is available from €159,321. So there is a gap of €25,030. That hole is just a lot smaller than before. After all, the GLC 43 is about €14,000 more expensive than its predecessor, while the GLC 63S E Performance is about €15,000 cheaper than the previous GLC 63S. This is of course largely due to its much lower CO2 emissions on paper and the therefore lower bpm. You can order both AMG GLCs immediately. You can read more about the new Mercedes-AMG GLC here. Logically, the AMG versions of the GLC Coupé will also follow later.
