Brabus makes the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 Coupé the fastest street-legal SUV in the world. The naturally not childish AMG 63 version is as exaggerated as it is bloody fast as 900 Rocket Edition.

We consider the chance that you are short of power in a Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupé is quite small. The strongest variant of the GLE Coupé that Mercedes-Benz can supply has a 612 hp and 850 Nm strong biturbo 4.0 V8 as a power station. If you think that more than 600 hp is too little, you could already turn to Brabus for a version of this pumped up to 800 hp and 1,000 Nm. That unhinged version must now acknowledge its superiority in the Brabus 900 Rocket Edition, a completely sifted through SUV that, according to its creators, immediately claims the title of ‘fastest street-legal SUV in the world’.

The crazy Brabus 900 Rocket Edition is an up to 900 hp and – on paper – 1,250 Nm screwed up version of the GLE 63 S Coupé. According to Brabus, however, the maximum torque is limited to 1,050 Nm. With that thump of primitive primal power, the squashed GLE sprints to a speed of 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds. The top speed of the 2.5-ton SUV is an intense 330 km/h. Brabus has upgraded the 4.0 V8 to 4.5 liters and has, among other things, adapted the turbos and the intake system. The lightning-fast GLE is of course packed with extras and is mounted on fierce-looking 24-inch large Monoblock wheels with carbon fiber inserts. Under the car hangs a modified exhaust system with exhaust tailpipes that have a diameter of 9 centimeters. Quietly coming home is still possible thanks to a special ‘Coming Home’ mode. Brabus puts the car 2.5 centimeters closer to the asphalt than the original. The interior is very striking, complete with an abundance of parts in red.

Brabus will only build 25 copies. They all have a basic starting price of €381,243 excluding taxes…
