Apple held an event called ‘Let loose’ on Tuesday, May 7 at 4 p.m. A number of iPads and accessories were announced during this event. Of course you can also watch the ‘Let loose’ event again.

New iPad Pro and iPad Air

The new iPad Pro is available in 11 or 13 inches. Until now, the iPad Air was only available in 10.9 inches, but is now also available in 11 or 13 inches. In addition, Apple announced the new Apple Pencil Pro, with all kinds of cool new features.

The new iPad Pro is available in two versions. You pay for the 11-inch iPad Pro 1219 eurosthe starting price of the 13-inch version is 1569 euros. There is also a new iPad Air in two versions. The 11-inch version costs 719 euros and the 13-inch version 969 euros. If you choose WiFi + Cellular, you pay respectively 889 euros and 1139 euros with the iPad Air. That is the case with the iPad Pro 1469 euros and 1819 euros.

New Apple Pencil Pro

The Apple Pencil Pro is the successor to the Apple Pencil 2 (or Apple Pencil second generation) and has a number of useful new features. For starters, there’s a new ‘squeeze’ function with haptic feedback. In addition, the stylus now has ‘barrel roll’, which is useful for drawing, among other things. The Apple Pencil Pro costs 149 euros.

Finally, Apple has also announced a new version of the Magic Keyboard with a slightly larger touchpad. The Magic Keyboard is the perfect addition to the new iPad Pros. The 11-inch version is available for 349 euros and the 13‑inch version is available for 399 euros.
