Patent drawings of a special looking Rolls-Royce coupe are surfacing on the internet. Chances are that it is a special, limited model.
Thanks to Wilco Blok, who regularly run out of interesting scoops Instagram page we suddenly have a special creation of Rolls-Royce in front of us. A hefty coupé, possibly based on the upcoming Ghost. However, the nose seems a bit more futuristic than that newcomer. Behind it it is actually an unknown appearance in its entirety. The Brit has a rather sloping roofline for Rolls-Royce concepts and the rear is something special.
Behind the rear window recessed between the C-pillars we see a kind of ship’s deck. We know that – in a more subtle form – of the Dawn, which also has such woodwork on the back. Unlike the Dawn, this mysterious newcomer is always left to the elements, with the Dawn it only appears when you fold the fabric hood away. The rear lights are just as special; such a design is new at Rolls-Royce.
Since it is a rather striking creation, which cannot really be placed directly as a new series model of Rolls-Royce, it is plausible that this is a one-off. Probably a wealthy customer who passed his or her wishes to the Bespoke department of Rolls-Royce. In addition, it could of course also be a study model that degenerates into a new coupé of the brand in the future. In time we will get to see the end result!
