- Smart TVs
- Set-top boxes or media streamers
- Amazon Fire TV e, Fire TV Stick
- Play Station 3 and 4
- Xbox 360 and One
- Blu-ray players

- Restart your TV
- Sign out of the Netflix app and sign back in
- On Samsung TVs: Reset the Smart Hub, contact Samsung for technical support
- Restart your router
- Set the default settings for your network on both your router and streaming device
- Ensure better coverage of your WiFi network. Place your router centrally and expand your network with powerline adapters or WiFi repeaters
- Ask your internet provider for advice, because this way you know for sure whether your router is working properly
Set-top boxes or media streamers
Many TV and internet service providers have built the Netflix app directly into their decoder. Furthermore, many media streamers offer support for the popular streaming service. Here’s how to fix the UI-800-3 error:
- Restart your TV
- Sign out of the Netflix app and sign back in
Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
Since this year you can use Amazon Fire TV and the Fire TV Stick in Dutch. The international version is now also available with us. This is what you do when you get this UI-800-3 code:
- Restart your TV
- Sign out of the Netflix app and sign back in
- Clear your data in the Netflix app
- Uninstall Netflix and reinstall the app
Playstation 3 and 4
You can’t watch movies via DVD or Blu-ray on the PS3 and PS4, but you will also find the Netflix app. Here’s what to do with the UI-800-3 error code:
- Reset your PlayStation, wait for it to start up again and open the app
- Sign out of the Netflix app and sign back in
- Uninstall Netflix and reinstall the app
Xbox 360 and One
You can also simply enjoy your favorite movies and series on Microsoft’s game consoles, for example when you want to rest from a round of alien shooting in Halo. Here’s what to do with the UI-800-3 error code:
- Sign out of Netflix
- Uninstall Netflix and reinstall the app
Blu-ray players
Blu-ray players are losing popularity because of streaming services, but it will; do not say that you no longer have physical films and series in your house. Of course you still want to be able to play it. For everything else, you can now use apps from streaming services on many Blu-ray players. If you see the UI-800-3 code, you can do this:
- Restart your device
- Sign out of the Netflix app and sign back in
