Mercedes-Benz puts a new powertrain on the price list of both the GLA and A-class. The 200 petrol versions of the two models are also available with 4Matic all-wheel drive immediately.
Anyone in the market for a Mercedes-Benz A-Class or GLA and would like to have a four-wheel drive petrol version had to rely on the 224 hp and 350 Nm strong 250 petrol versions. From now on, the two models, just like the GLB and B-class before, are also available with a more modestly tuned petrol engine in combination with 4Matic drive. Mercedes-Benz puts four-wheel drive versions of the A 200 and GLA 200 on delivery lists. Techzle has the prices.
A class
The existing front-wheel drive variants of the 163 hp and 250 Nm powerful A 200 and GLA 200 have a seven-speed automatic transmission with double clutch. The new 4Matic all-wheel drive versions of the A 200 and GLA 200 have an automatic transmission with an extra gear, Mercedes-Benz is giving the duo the 8G-DCT transmission. The A-Class Hatchback sprints to a speed of 100 km / h in 8.5 seconds and has a top speed of 221 km / h. Average consumption is 6.6 l / 100 km. The A-class Limousine, like 200 4Matic, needs 0.1 seconds longer for the 0-100 sprint, but it does get me 226 km / h a higher top speed than its hatchback brother. With an average consumption of 6.4 l / 100 km, it is also slightly more economical. Mercedes-Benz charges € 43,793 for the A 200 4Matic Hatchback and € 44,026 for the A 200 4Matic Limousine.
GLA
Then the new all-wheel drive flavor of the GLA: the GLA 200 4Matic. This new variant takes 9.3 seconds for the 0-100 sprint and has a top speed of 206 km / h. Average consumption is 6.8-7.5 l / 100 km. Consumption is thus slightly higher than that of its front-wheel drive equivalent (6.7-7.4 l / 100 km). Mercedes-Benz asks € 52,490 for the GLA 200 4Matic.
