AutoWeek has all the prices of the new BMW X1. The X1 was already available as an electric iX1 and with various petrol and diesel engines. Without BMW itself publicizing it, we can tell you, among other things, what you have lost for the plug-in hybrid versions.
BMW has tacitly expanded the price list of the new X1 with four new engine variants. Two of them are plug-in hybrids. It concerns the BMW X1 xDrive25e and X1 xDrive30e. The X1 xDrive25e has a 136 hp 1.5 three-cylinder petrol engine and a 109 hp electric motor on the rear axle. The system power is 245 hp, the electric range is 83 to 92 kilometers. BMW is asking at least €50,955 for the X1 xDrive25e.
The second and more powerful plug-in hybrid is the BMW X1 xDrive30e. It has a 150 hp 1.5 three-cylinder petrol engine and an electric motor of 177 hp on the rear axle, together good for a system power of 326 hp. The electric range is 81 to 88 kilometers. The BMW X1 xDrive30e has a starting price of €54,609.
The remaining new engine versions are the front-wheel drive sDrive20i and the all-wheel drive xDrive20d, successively a 170 hp mild-hybrid petrol variant and a diesel with mild-hybrid technology, good for 163 hp. They cost respectively €49,542 and €58,308. The X1 was already available as an electric iX1 and as sDrive18i, xDrive23i, sDrive18d and xDrive23d. A manual transmission is not available in any X1.
