At the end of 2020, it was announced that British Racing Motors will be revived and that three new copies of its F1 car from the 1950s will be built. In the meantime, the work has progressed considerably and the British have started the power source of the first new BRM V16. The result is impressive, because one of the most important features of the BRM is all right: the sound.

The BRM V16 is known as one of the most special-sounding cars of all time and the new V16, built on the basis of old construction drawings, also sounds mighty. Especially in the open air at constant high revs it should sound fantastic, proved this original BRM V16 several years ago.
The three completely new V16s should be ready next year. The cars will be provided with original, once reserved chassis numbers from the 1950s. One of the copies will go to the now 81-year-old son of the BRM F1 team boss, who previously indicated that he could not wait to return after more than 70 years. hear the V16 scream again.
