The Volkswagen Taigo is already available in various versions. Until now, the price list started with the Life version and above that you found the Life Business, R-Line and R-Line Business. Nothing changes in that order, but an unnamed basic version will be added at the bottom of the range, AutoWeek can report before Volkswagen itself publicizes it.
The new nameless entry-level version of the Volkswagen Taigo costs a minimum of €28,490 and is only available with the 95 hp 1.0 TSI, which is always linked to a manual five-speed gearbox. The previously cheapest Volkswagen Taigo (Life) costs €30,540 with the same powertrain. Of course, the standard equipment of the base Taigo is less extensive than that of the Life. For example, where the Life is on 16-inch alloy wheels, you have to do it in the nameless basic version with 16-inch large steel wheels with hubcaps. You also have simpler seats. However, both versions have the Radio Composition multimedia system with a 6.5-inch screen and a digital instrument panel with a diagonal of 8 inches. Front Assist, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors and manual air conditioning are also standard.
