With the release of new software versions from Apple in September, no fewer than six new features will come to your AirPods Pro 2.
To take advantage of those new features on the AirPods Pro 2, you’ll need iOS 18, or iPadOS 18, or macOS Sequoia. You’ll also need a firmware update, which comes along with the software updates.

watchOS 10.6 is out: the last major update before watchOS 11
In addition to a new version of iOS 17, Apple has also released the watchOS 10.6 update for the Apple Watch. It is possibly the last major update for two Apple Watch generations.
watchOS 11 is no longer compatible with the Apple Watch Series 4, Series 5, and the first-generation Apple Watch SE. Whether Apple will continue to support these three Watch models for another year, as it did with watchOS 8 and the Apple Watch Series 3, remains to be seen.
