Força Koeman (season 2)

When his dream transfer to FC Barcelona was finalized last year, a camera crew followed Ronald Koeman closely. Season 2 builds on that. How did the collaboration with Lionel Messi, Frenkie de Jong and Sergiño Dest go? And what connection does the successful trainer have with Memphis Depay and why did Koeman want to incorporate the Dutch attacker so much? Although the content of season 2 is not yet fully known, it is obvious that the docuseries will delve deeper into these issues. The episodes also zoom in on sporting achievements, such as winning the Spanish Cup. Still, with the arrival of a new chairman, Koeman’s job seemed to be in jeopardy for a while. How did the trainer experience this uncertain period? In addition to the main character himself, Força Koeman also features people from his environment, such as his wife Bertina and various family members. The documentary series can be seen from September 10.

The Good Fight (season 5)

The fifth season of The Good Fight will be released on Videoland on September 11. In this drama series, lawyer Diane and her goddaughter Maia run aground. Diane loses her job and the financial reserves are almost exhausted. This series has a legal angle, with the main characters doing everything they can to regain their positions in society. In the fifth season, Diane feels out of place as a white woman at the law firm where she is currently employed. Mostly dark lawyers work there. The series discusses a variety of political and social themes that currently play a major role in the United States. A fun fact is that The Good Fight is a spin-off of the hit series The Good Wife.

The Rookie (season 2)

The second season of The Rookie was previously shown on NET5, but from September 25, Videoland members can also admire the twenty episodes. This police series follows a 45-year-old construction contractor who joins the Los Angeles Police Department as a novice. John Nolan is recently divorced and wants new impulses in his life. After he more or less accidentally helped the police during a bank robbery as a civilian, John’s ambition grows to serve the country as a police officer. In the second season, various police cases are reviewed, such as a murder investigation and a possible rocket attack. The Rookie is based in part on the true experiences of William Norcross. He started a career as a police officer in his forties in 2015. There is also a third season of The Rookie and a fourth season is in the works.

Ferrari: Race to Immortality

For Formula 1 fans, Ferarri: Race to Immortality is a must. Despite the lesser performance in recent years, Ferrari is still the most popular racing brand. The ninety-minute documentary discusses how this status came about. It all starts in the 1950s, when Italian Enzo Ferrari signed racing talents Peter Collins and Mike Hawthorn. The two did not shy away from high speed, while driving a race car was not nearly as ‘safe’ as it is today. Due to limited protective measures, an accident was in a very small corner. Unfortunately, several racers lost their lives. In Ferarri: Race to Immortality a number of (former) drivers and other connoisseurs speak, with the rich Ferrari history and the lows racing past at a glance. Enjoy high-profile interviews and nostalgic archive footage! The documentary can be seen from September 2.
