A new midrange device from Realme will most likely have the new 108 MP sensor from Samsung, the Samsung ISOCELL HM6 image sensor. This sensor promises, among other things, a major step in light recording and is therefore given the appropriate name ‘ProLight’ by Realme. In addition, the sensor will have to come up with a number of improvements.
Realme 9 Series
The Samsung ISOCELL HM6 image sensor will have to appear in a Realme 9 series phone. It will be the Realme 9 4G. For example, various websites report based on different renders. 91mobiles reports also that Realme would have confirmed the message. Also news9live indicates that Realme has confirmed the message and that the company reports the following in a statement: ”Realme has always strived to integrate camera improvements and innovations in the new ‘number series’. While the Realme 5 Pro was one of the first mid-range smartphones with a 48 MP sensor, the Realme 8 was one of the few smartphones with a 64 MP camera. Now, with the upcoming product under the Realme 9 series, the brand is ready to make another breakthrough.”

123 percent more light
According to Realme, the Samsung ISOCELL HM6 image sensor could capture a whopping 123 percent more light compared to its ‘predecessor’, the ISOCELL HM2 sensor. This is partly due to the larger sensor and a new pixel binding technique, ‘NonaPixel Plus’. In this case, the sensor merges multiple pixels into one large pixel in a 3×3 bond.
In addition, due to the large sensor and the many megapixels, the sensor will have to be able to zoom well (digitally). There will also be a special ‘Ultrazoom function’. This would allow users to take digitally zoomed photos with more detail.

Other specifications
The Realme 9 4G is expected to have a 5000mAh battery, which could be charged with a power of 33 watts. It is expected that there will be two variants of the device on the market. One with 8GB of RAM and one with 6GB of RAM. Both copies would have 128GB of storage.
It is not known whether and when the aircraft would eventually come to the Netherlands and/or Belgium. The other devices from the 9 series of Realme have recently been officially launched.
