Like its smaller brother A-Class, the Mercedes-Benz B-Class is about to be facelifted. We can show it today for the first time.
Although Opel and Renault, among others, put the compact MPV aside, Mercedes-Benz and BMW stick to the concept of the high space giants. BMW recently helped the 2-series Tourer to a new generation and Mercedes-Benz seems to want to continue with the much younger B-class. The current generation B-class was presented in 2018 and is now about four years old. Time for a facelift.
Do not expect Mercedes-Benz to radically renew the B-class in terms of appearance. The B-class will probably get new headlights and a modified grille. Sensors for the passive and active safety systems may now be hidden behind the taped Mercedes logo in the muzzle of the B-Class. Count on new front and rear bumpers and enhanced lighting at the rear, among other things. We are also committed to an upgrade for the MBUX infotainment system.
