You can soon order the Opel Vivaro-e, the electric car that is suitable for ‘last mile delivery’. The van has an interesting range, payload and towing weight.

The order books of the Opel Vivaro-e will open in June. You can order the electrically driven company car at a price to be announced soon, so that it will be delivered to you at the end of the summer. Opel provides an 8-year or 160,000 km warranty on the battery pack. Two versions are released.

With the basic battery of 50 kWh you have a (theoretical WLTP) range of 230 km, with the 75 kWh battery even 330 km. Charging up to 80 percent at a 100 kW DC fast charging station can be done in 30 minutes or, with the larger battery pack, 45 minutes. Opel not only offers charging cables and charging points, the Vivaro-e also comes with online (e-remote) services via the OpelConnect, myOpel and the Free2Move app.

Just like the fuel-powered Vivaro, there are the three length variants of 4.6 meters, 4.95 meters and 5.3 meters. The Vivaro-e will be available as a Double Cab, Platform Cab and in a passenger version. The loading capacity is 4.6 to 6.6 m3 and the load capacity 1,275 kg. According to Opel, the Vivaro-e is the only electric commercial vehicle in its segment that can tow a trailer. The maximum braked weight is 1,000 kg.
