There are many providers affiliated with Thuisbezorgd.nl. From real restaurants to snack bars and toko’s. Order a meal at a nearby restaurant via the Thuisbezorgd.nl app, and the food will be delivered to your home.

Download App

create an account
An account is required to order food at Thuisbezorgd.nl. Create that as follows:
- Open the Thuisbezorgd.nl app.
- Tap the three lines at the top left
- Tap on Register.
- Enter your information. Choose a username and password.
- Tap on create an account.
- Thuisbezorgd.nl will send an email to the email address you entered. Open this email on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or PC.
- In the email, click Account.
- The account has been created. Open the Thuisbezorgd.nl app again.
- Tap the three bars at the top left.
- Enter the username and password you created.
- Tap on login.
Set location
Via Thuisbezorgd.nl you can order food from restaurants in your area. The app also looks at your location. Set the location like this:
- Open the Thuisbezorgd.nl app.
- When using the app for the first time, it will say ‘No delivery address selected.’ Tap on Select your location.
- Enter your street name or zip code in the search field.
- Tap your city or street name or zip code.
The entered address will be used by default from now on. Do you also want to use the app in other places? Then tap the entered address at the top of the menu and enter a different street name or zip code.
Find restaurants
After entering the address, a list of nearby restaurants will appear. Below the address you will find at how many restaurants you can order. For example: ‘Order at 91 restaurants’. Below that is a menu bar with the types of food you can choose from. By default, this is set to ‘All’. This word is colored orange. Below that you will see all the restaurants in the area that deliver at home. There are often many. Search the options near you.
- Swipe the “All” bar from right to left.
- Tap the type of food you’re in the mood for. For example, ‘Italian pizza’ or ‘Chicken’.
- A list of restaurants that offer this food will appear. At the top you will find how many restaurants you have to choose from. Swipe up from the bottom to view the different providers.
- Tap a restaurant to view the menu.
Under the name of each restaurant it says what kind of dishes it sells. Below it can be three icons:
- A clock. This indicates whether the restaurant is open. If so, there is an estimated delivery time. If it opens later it will say from what time. If it stays closed for the rest of the day, it says ‘Closed’.
- A bike. This indicates the delivery costs. These costs are added to the costs of your order.
- A shopping bag. Here is the minimum amount for which you must order.
Select food
View the menu of a restaurant and make a choice for a dish. Home delivery calls this a product. At the top is the name of the restaurant and the number of reviews from other Thuisbezorgd.nl users. Below that is a menu bar with the types of products the restaurant offers. It is set to ‘Popular dishes’ by default. This word is colored orange.
- Swipe the menu bar from right to left.
- Tap the type of product you want to order. For example, ‘Menus’, ‘Desserts’ or ‘Drinks’.
- The options appear on the screen. Swipe from bottom to top to view all products in the selected category.
- Most products have an explanation of what it is. Below the explanation is the price. Tap the product you want to order.
- If necessary, tick the box for the extra options you want to order. For example, you can often choose sauces or a drink that accompanies a menu.
- Optionally, tap the plus sign to order more than one serving of the product.
- Tap the amount in the blue frame to add the dish to the shopping cart.
At the bottom there is now a blue box with ‘Shopping basket’ and the amount of the order. If necessary, add other dishes as described above. It is not possible to order from more than one restaurant at the same time.
Check order
The shopping cart contains all selected products. You can still adjust it if you want.
- Tap at the bottom Shopping basket.
- At some restaurants there is a minimum order amount. For example, you must order for at least ten euros. If that amount has not yet been reached, you cannot pay. A message will appear in the shopping cart that you need to order more. Tap at the bottom Add more products.
- Accidentally ordered too much or too little of something? Then tap the plus or minus sign. Adds or removes portions.
- Forget something? Then tap the cross at the top left to go back to the menu.
Checkout order
Is everything right? Then calculate as follows:
- Tap on To settle.
- Enter or check your address details.
- Optionally, add a comment for the delivery person.
- Tap on Select delivery time.
- Indicate when you want to receive the food. By default, this is as soon as possible.
- Select your payment method. Tap on iDEAL, paypal, credit card,Google Pay, or voucher.
- Choose your bank if you pay with iDEAL.
- Tap on Buy now.
Checkout proceeds as usual. After checkout you will return to the app. There you can see approximately how long it takes for the food to be delivered. Thuisbezorgd.nl will also send a confirmation email to your email address. Enjoy your meal in advance!
