Joint offer for optimized heat pump efficiency and increased comfort
Panasonic and tado° join forces to bring state-of-the-art AQUAREA heat pump technology and industry-leading multi-room control and energy management services to every heat pump. Customers can achieve unprecedented levels of energy efficiency with a heat pump while optimizing their comfort per room. Together, the two companies will also offer the AQUAREA heat pump products with specific custom management software that can automatically optimize the device settings. It also allows homeowners to benefit from lower electricity prices by shifting usage to times when more renewable energy is available. Customers can benefit from dynamic energy rates, including tado°’s dynamic aWATTar rate in Germany and Austria, to further reduce their heating costs.
The partnership will make heat pumps more affordable and attractive as the energy savings will more quickly offset the initial investment, while also making progress in reducing a home’s carbon footprint.
Availability
Panasonic and tado° plan to introduce the innovative AQUAREA air-to-water heat pump and tado° multi-room control bundle, including the intelligent energy management software, in selected European markets this coming winter to achieve industry-leading energy savings and comfort. The launch date and details of the joint offering will be announced in the coming months.
