A Sudoku puzzle consists of nine large squares, each of which consists of nine small squares (cells). In those boxes you have to fill in the numbers 1 to 9. A number may only appear once in a horizontal row, vertical row and in one of the nine large boxes.
Play Sudoku (iOS)
- Download Sudoku on the App Store. The app is from Puzzle Games Factory.
- Open Sudoku by tapping the app.
- Tap on play to start the game.
- Choose a difficulty level. First income? tap on Beginner. Tap on Difficult if you are a Sudoku fanatic.
- In the game for beginners you are first shown five steps from a help function. Drag the instruction to the left to go through the five steps and tap play > Tap to start.
- Have you chosen a different level? Tap on New game > Tap to start.
- Select cells by tapping them. Use the left keyboard to make a note of a number. The right keyboard is used to enter a number in a cell.
- If you enter a number that has already been used, a red circle appears around it and you know that you have to adjust the number. Can’t figure it out? Tap on Help and a number will be entered for you (this is only possible a limited number of times).
- make with cancel the last entered digit.
- Get with Start over > Yes all your entered numbers are gone to start again.
- Tap on New game to get a new game board.
- Tap at the top left Menu and then the left arrowto return to the app’s home screen.
- Here are also the options and statistics. Tap on Options to open the settings. For example, switch off the sound or read the rules again.
- Tap on Statistics to see what your scores are in a given difficulty.
Play Sudoku (Android)
- Download Sudoku on the Play Store. The app is from 1bsyl.
- Open Sudoku by tapping the app.
- There are sometimes advertisements in the top left of the app. The app is free, but it makes money from it. Don’t tap the ads. Then you go out of the game.
- The first time you open the app, a game with the ‘Normal’ difficulty will start immediately. Tap the house at the bottom left.
- You have several options here:
- Start a new game with a tap New game.
- Continue the game you were in by tapping Get on.
- Change the wallpaper or set it to show hints when Institutions. In the settings, tap Save to save a change.
- See what your scores are at Statistics.
- Consult the game rules by tapping Help.
- Close the app with a tap To block.
- We tap New game to further explain the game.
- Choose the level of the game. This ranges from easy to very difficult. We tap Comfortable.
- With a tap on the numbers 123 switch keyboard. If ‘123’ is selected at the bottom, enter a number in a cell. If you see the numbers 1 to 9 at the bottom, enter a number as a note. Decide which of the two you need.
- Now tap the cell where you want to enter a number and tap the number. If you make a note, you can select the same cell again to enter the next number.
- Wrong number entered? The rows in which the number appears are colored red. Tap a cell and then the spacebar to clear a cell.
- Tap the arrow to undo the last steps.
