Porsche 911 Turbo considerably more extreme thanks to Techart

The Porsche 911 Turbo is normally already clearly distinguishable from a non-Turbo, but according to Techart it could be a bit more special. That is why it developed a series of aerodynamic extras for the 911 Turbo.

Another Porsche 911 Turbo that has been taken care of by Techart? Yes, last time it was a lot of power injection and some aerodynamic adjustments, now they go a step further in that second area. We see, among other things, that there are completely new splitters under the air intakes in the front bumper, there is also an extra wing for the front wheels and around the air scoops themselves the aerodynamics department of Techart has been busy. Finally, the indicators are also darker from now on.

Along the sides of the 911 Turbo we see thicker side skirts and the air intakes on the ‘hips’ of the 911 are framed with high-gloss black parts. At the rear we find an extra thick rear bumper and diffuser, but the biggest eye-catcher is the specially developed rear spoiler. Incidentally, it picks up wind through the extra spoiler on the roof, above the rear window. The Porsche logos and brand name have all been replaced by Techart logos and emblems, both on the outside and in the interior.

All the added aerodynamic ingenuity must of course be good for the necessary extra downward pressure and that cannot hurt. As said by Techart, the 911 Turbo also has a considerable boost of extra power. From now on, the blown six-cylinder boxer engine produces 710 hp and 900 Nm. Good for a 0-100 acceleration that takes only 2.6 seconds. With 8.1 seconds you are already at 200 km / h from standstill. The top speed is set at 330 km / h. Solid figures for a solid price, no doubt, although Techart does not yet report what all the extras cost on top of the almost € 240,000 that you should at least pay for the 911 Turbo.
