Porsche postpones introduction of Taycan Cross Turismo

Behind the scenes, Porsche is busy expanding the Taycan range. The next ‘flavor’ on the menu promises to be the Cross Turismo, but the launch of that version has been postponed.

The arrival of the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo has long been no secret. For example, Porsche itself already came up with the fairly production-ready concept car and a camouflaged copy has already been spotted several times. With that packed car, it is striking that Porsche is not very concerned about the camouflage. Porsche implies that it is close to the world premiere.

CEO Oliver Blume has told several reporters that that big world premiere has been slightly postponed. The Taycan Cross Turismo would be presented at the end of this year. According to Blume, this has been postponed due to the corona crisis. The second variant of the electric Taycan would now only be presented at the beginning of next year. We do not expect any major technical surprises at the Cross Tursimo. The biggest news is with that car in the carriage.
