The new generations of BMX X5 M and X6 M will be available at dealers from 2 May. You can order them from now on, the prices are now known.

The BMW X5 M and X6 M performance SUVs arrive at BMW dealers on 2 May. The luxury models can now be ordered. For that you need at least 2 tons of euros, but then you also have something. In addition to the regular versions, with 600 hp power, there are also Competition versions, which go up to 625 hp. The torque of the 4.4 V8 M TwinPower Turbo engine is always at 750 Nm.

The 8-speed M Steptronic, which you can switch manually (from the steering wheel) or automatically, can be set to your own liking with Drivelogic. The M xDrive four-wheel drive system can be set to Sport mode. All in all you have to be able to complete the 0-100 km / h sprint within 3.9 seconds (or 3.8 with the Competition). As a driver you have further influence on settings of the engine, dampers, steering wheel and brakes. The body is adjusted to optimize aerodynamics and cooling.

The BMX X5 M and X6 M come standard with the Live Cockpit Professional with navigation, the Parking Assistant, a Head-Up Display and M Mode for driving assistance systems. The seats, also developed by BMW M, are upholstered in Merino leather; the Competition models are supplied with extra leather finishes. The latter versions also have one size larger alloy wheels, of 22 inches.
