Techzle can be the first to announce the prices of the new Audi S3 Sportback and S3 Limousine, even before the brand has announced it itself!
In August, Audi presented the brand-new S3 Sportback and S3 Limousine to the world, provisional top versions of the new Audi A3 that will of course be downgraded to the sub-top after the arrival of the even more powerful RS3s. Techzle is the first to receive the prices of the new S3 Sportback and S3 Limousine.
Prices
Audi is asking € 63,990 for the new S3 Sportback. Prefer the temporarily available Edition One? Can also. Audi is asking € 69,250 for the S3 Sportback Edition One. The brand new S3 Limousine is on the price list with a starting price of € 64,280. This makes it slightly cheaper than the S3 Sportback. The S3 Limousine is also available as Edition One, an introductory version for which Audi charges a price of € 69,140.
The S3s are standard on 18-inch alloy wheels and come with factory-fitted full LED headlights and LED rear lights with dynamic turn signals. MMI navigation is standard, just like Virtual Cockpit Plus. The same applies to seat heating and three-zone climate control. The Edition One features 19-inch alloy wheels, the Optics package that adds black accents to the car, and gets Matrix LED headlights as standard. In the Edition One, the seats are covered with nappa leather and here and there you will find carbon finish.
Performance
The new Audi’s S3 Sportback and S3 Limousine have a 310 hp and 400 Nm strong 2.0 TFSI under the hood, which is in all cases linked to an S tronic 7 automatic transmission. The all-wheel drive S3s sprint to 100 km / h in 4.8 seconds and have a top speed that is electronically limited to 250 km / h. Both the S3 Limousine and S3 Sportback stand on a sports suspension that puts the pair 1.5 centimeters closer to the asphalt. An S sports suspension with damper control is optional. Of course, a modified braking system ensures that the two newcomers can be properly calmed down again.
Of course, the S3’s sporty heart goes hand in hand with an extra thick appearance. For example, the S3 Sportback and S3 Limousine can be recognized from the outside by their adapted grille with a diamond pattern. Large air intakes have been sawn into the bumpers and the mirror caps have an aluminum look, entirely in accordance with S tradition. At the bottom of the rear, amid a diffuser are the S-signature sets of twin tailpipes.
The new S3 Sportback and S3 Limousine will be at the dealers from October.
