Print an email on the computer
Sometimes you want to save an important email. It is then useful to print this, so that you can store or hang the message somewhere.
- Turn on the printer.
- Go to www.gmail.com and log in with your email address and password.
- Click on the folder containing the email you want to print.
- Click on the relevant email.
- At the top right of the email is a printer icon
. Click on this. - The print preview of the email opens. If necessary, adjust a few print settings, for example the orientation.
- click on Print or OK.
The email is printed.
Print an email on Android
- Turn on the printer.
- Open the Gmail app.
- Tap the email you want to print.
- Tap the three vertical dots at the top right.
- Tap on (All) Print.
- The print preview opens.
- Tap on Print (the green and white icon at the top right).
The email is printed.
Print an email on the iPhone/iPad
- Turn on the printer.
- Open the Gmail app.
- Tap the email you want to print.
- Tap the three horizontal dots at the top right.
- Tap on All Print.
- The print preview opens.
- Tap on All Print.
The email is printed.
