Jeep has finally removed the canvas from the updated Jeep Compass. In addition to a new front, the SUV also has a completely new interior.
The Jeep Compass, which was presented at the beginning of 2017 and now about four years old, has been facelifted in China. Although the biggest changes take place inside the Compass, we start with the renewed things that you see first. The Compass gets a renewed muzzle with a new front bumper and with new slightly more tweaked headlights. The Trailhawk version visible in these photos – extensive footage of the Compass is not yet available – will also get its own new bumper.
Then the interior, which is completely new except for the door panels. The in-dash display that accompanies the infotainment system has been replaced by a new 10.1-inch large screen that protrudes from the dashboard. Underneath are new physical buttons. Also new: the ventilation grilles under the infotainment system. The button island underneath is also completely new. Striking: behind the steering wheel is a new digital instrumentation with a diameter of 10.25 inches. The ventilation grilles will also be overhauled. They are barely visible on either side of the dashboard. They are located in the horizontal line at the top of the dashboard.
It is not yet clear whether and when the Jeep Compass will undergo the changes in Europe.
