If you buy a lot of apps or music from the App Store and iTunes, you may run into a bad buy. In that case, it is useful to request a refund. We explain how you can request a refund in the App Store.
Money back in the App Store
Although paid apps in the App Store (or songs from iTunes) often only cost a few dollars, they are a waste of money if they don’t please. If an app isn’t working properly or doesn’t meet your expectations, you can consider requesting a refund. This is very easy through this website. Then it is important to describe the problem properly. State what the problem is and that you would like your money back.
Make sure you enter a valid reason and not just make up an excuse to get your money back. Once you’ve submitted the request, it usually takes a few days for Apple to respond. We cannot guarantee that you will get your money back, but it is of course worth a try. Pay attention: you have 14 days to request a refund for apps.
