The completely redesigned Galaxy Fit3 fitness tracker should help users train smarter and better understand their health. Read here what this fitness tracker can do.

Samsung will launch the Galaxy Fit3 on September 23, 2024 [1] launched. According to Samsung, this new fitness tracker should inspire everyone to feel their best and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Galaxy Fit3 features an aluminum body with a wider display, allowing users to monitor their health and wellness data — from daily workouts to restful sleep patterns — right from their wrist at any time.

Durable compact tracker with larger display
The Galaxy Fit3 has an aluminum housing and a 1.6-inch display, which is 45% wider than that of the previous model [2]. This makes it easier for users to view detailed information at a glance. In addition, the watch is very light and slim with a comfortable fit, making it very suitable for daily use around the clock. Thanks to its long battery life (up to 13 days), users can integrate the Galaxy Fit3 into their own lifestyle [3]. They can personalize their tracker and make it more stylish by choosing their favorite watch face from over 100 preset options [4] or use their own photos as backgrounds. In addition, users can also use straps [5] mix and match, to complement their own style and daily routines, at the touch of a button.

Monitor your health data day and night [6]
Samsung gives users insight into their sleep patterns and helps build healthier habits using advanced sleep monitoring tools [7]. This priority is reflected in the Galaxy Fit3. Users can wear their Galaxy Fit3 comfortably all night long, while the watch tracks their sleep patterns. The wearable even detects snoring [8] and controls the oxygen level in the blood [9] for more detailed measurements. Based on individual sleep patterns, the Galaxy Fit3 offers users personalized sleep coaching [10] with meaningful insights that help them understand their sleep more intuitively so they can make positive changes in their lives.
During the day, Galaxy Fit3 allows users to monitor their daily activities. Users can track more than 100 types of workouts anytime, anywhere and easily view their training data to stay motivated to achieve their goals. [11] The Galaxy Fit3 has a 5ATM rating and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance [12]. This means that users can also perform outdoor activities in a wide variety of environments. The Galaxy Fit3 gives users even better insight into their overall health by sharing health data such as their heart rate [13] and stress levels.

Stay safe [14] and connected in the Galaxy ecosystem
A number of new safety features, such as fall detection and Emergency SOS, have been added to the Galaxy Fit3. When an abnormal fall is detected, Galaxy Fit3 gives users the option to immediately call emergency services so they can receive timely medical attention. In the event of an emergency, users can immediately send an SOS message by pressing the side button five times.
Galaxy Fit3 users will also have access to a wide range of capabilities within the connected Samsung Galaxy ecosystem for an enhanced wearable experience. With the Galaxy Fit3, users have a controller on their wrist that can be used as a remote control for their smartphone’s camera when taking photos and setting timers with Camera Remote [15]. Moreover, it can also be used to play and control all kinds of media on their paired device. Furthermore, when users do not want to be disturbed or want to get ready for bed, they can select automatic modes [16] sync between their Galaxy Fit3 and paired smartphone. If a smartphone goes missing, users can easily find it using the “Find My Phone” feature on the Galaxy Fit3, or vice versa. [17]
