Do you receive an email with various attachments? Don’t save them one by one, but at the same time.
Save attachments at once
Sometimes you will receive an email with more than one attachment. Do you want to put several or all attachments on the computer? Saving the attachments one by one is a waste of your time. Save multiple attachments at once with just a few clicks.
- You will see the attachments above the text of the email. Click on the arrow to the right of an attachment.
- A drop-down menu will appear. click on Save all attachments.
- The ‘Save all attachments’ window appears. All attachments are marked in blue. Don’t want to save everything? Click the attachment name while holding down the Ctrl key to exclude (not save) attachments.
- The attachments that are not saved are marked in white. click on OK.
- The Explorer opens. Browse to the folder where the files should be saved.
- click on OK if ‘Folder name’ is followed by the correct folder.
- The Explorer closes. The ‘Save all attachments’ window is sometimes still open. Then click on it Close.
