Set the target height report on an Apple Watch in the Compass app

Since the Apple Watch Series 5, the smart watch from Apple contains an extensive built -in compass. With this you can not only determine the north or a certain direction, you can also view the height and slope or make route points.

For your safety and to remind you to take a break from time to time, you can use a target height. On the basis of the target height you will receive a notification as soon as you have exceeded this height.
