Skoda Superb only available as a Combi and is less expensive

Skoda has a completely new generation of the Superb ready, which means that the delivery range of the current third generation is being thinned out. The Skoda Superb is still available for a while, but only as a Combi. The Superb Combi does benefit from a nice price reduction, AutoWeek can exclusively report.

Later this year, Skoda will pull the curtains on the new fourth-generation Superb. In contrast to that car, the brother of the new Volkswagen Passat will soon be available not only as a station wagon, but also as a liftback. The liftback version of the outgoing Skoda Superb can no longer be configured. You can still order the Skoda Superb Combi. You pay less for it than before.

The Skoda Superb Combi with 150 hp 1.5 TSI petrol engine and DSG7 automatic transmission is €2,000 less expensive and now changes owners from €38,990. For that money you drive the Business Edition. The price reduction also applies to the Business Edition Plus and Sportline Business.

As before, the Skoda Superb Combi is also available as a plug-in hybrid iV. The 218 hp plug-in version will be €3,000 less expensive across the board than before. This means that it is now on the price list from €40,990. That price applies to the Business Edition. Just like the Superb Combi with 1.5 TSI, the plug-in hybrid Superb Combi is also available as a Business Edition Plus and as a Sportline Business.
