Two flavours
At Jeep, European attention is mainly focused on the electric Avenger, so you would almost forget that the old trusted Renegade and Compass are also still available. Jeep now brings the two to the attention by introducing new versions.
The current generation Jeep Compass appeared on the scene in 2016, was facelifted in 2020 and is now more than seven years old. The smaller Renegade has long populated the Jeep showrooms. The compact crossover made its public debut this year nine years ago at the Geneva Motor Show. Jeep is now launching special editions to showcase the two models again.
The Jeep Renegade and Compass with plug-in hybrid powertrain will be available as New Upland. This only concerns the most powerful version of the 4xe plug-in hybrid powertrain, the version with 240 hp. The New Upland trim is based on the regular Limited flavor and brings a range of bronze colored exterior details to the pair. In addition, Jeep gives the New Uplands a black roof and black alloy wheels. Jeep also applies bronze-colored accents in the interior. The Renegade and Compass New Upland are available in Alpine White, Colorado Red, Shade Blue, Solid Black and Sting Grey. For the Jeep Renegade 4xe New Upland you will have to pay €46,300. The Compass costs €51,700 in the same flavour.
High Altitude
The Jeep Compass will also be available in a new version called High Altitude. This version is also based on the Limited version. Unlike the new New Upland edition, the High Altitude can only be combined with the 130 hp mild-hybrid powertrain called 1.5T e-Hybrid. The High Altitude has a starting price of €44,400 and has a standard 10.1-inch infotainment system with navigation, traffic sign recognition, an automatically operated tailgate, 19-inch black alloy, body-colored bumpers and wheel arch edges and an interior with red stitching and semi- artificial leather upholstery. You can order immediately.
