Stoop can be compared to a podcast app, but for newsletters. All your subscriptions are collected in a central place and you can unsubscribe at the touch of a button. It is also a handy app for discovering interesting newsletters.
Stoop creates order in the newsletters chaos
The idea is simple. During registration you will receive a special email address from the app. You use this when you sign up for a newsletter, so that all websites send their messages to your special Stoop mail. Your normal email address will not be overloaded with mailings from companies.
Stoop manages all your newsletters in one central place. Not only do you immediately see how many subscriptions you have, it is also a lot easier to unsubscribe immediately when the newsletter is not interesting. You do this with the push of a button.
As soon as you receive a newsletter, you can read it directly in Stoop. The design of the app is minimalist: the focus is on the mail itself. At the bottom you have three buttons. You can go to the previous or next newsletter, or archive the mail. At the top you share the newsletter with friends and acquaintances and go back to the main menu.
In addition, it is possible to send newsletters to your Stoop e-mail address, so that the app knows better what your interests are. Then the ‘Discover’ tab will be tailored to your preferences. Thanks to this feature, you can discover interesting newsletters (and subscribe directly to them).
If this is not possible in the app, you must do this on the publisher’s website. Stoop has come up with something for this by automatically filling in your email address, so that you spend less time.

Improvement points
Stoop is a nice, clear app that creates order in the chaos of newsletters. Anyone who has subscribed to multiple mailings knows that it is difficult to maintain an overview. Stoop is doing a lot of things well, but there are still some points for improvement.
First, the layout of some newsletters is not well suited to the app’s window. As a result, pictures do not look good, or the text ‘falls’ outside the screen. In addition, with some newsletters you still have to manually confirm your e-mail address, which hinders the convenience of the app. Nevertheless, Stoop definitely makes newsletter subscriptions easier and clearer.
