This psychological thriller series is based on the bestseller of the same name by E. Lockhart. The series follows Cadence Sinclair Eastman, a teenager from a wealthy family, who spends every summer with her family and her close group of friends – the “Liars” – on her grandfather’s private island. After a mysterious accident causes Cadence to lose her memory, she tries to figure out what really happened that summer. As her memories slowly return, it becomes clear that her family and friends are harboring big secrets and no one wants to tell her the truth.
