Possible new Gigafactory on the way
The Tesla Model Y is by far the most popular new electric car in Europe. According to Tesla CEO Elon Musk, the Model Y will soon become the best-selling EV in the world, but the predictions of well-spoken CEO are even rosier than that.
Earlier, Tesla shot straight into the sales rose with the Model 3 and the brand is also doing very good business with the Model Y. The more spacious brother of the Model 3 sold about 17,000 times in Europe in June, making it the most popular electric car in Europe that month.
