If we are allowed to believe the rumors, Apple will announce the AirPods Pro 3 during the event of 9 September 2025. It is not yet one hundred percent for sure what Apple will change with the ears, but that she is almost certain.
Something will also change with the charging box. Because according to rumors it gets a bit smaller. The rest of the charging box remains the same, with a small exception. The button at the back will disappear.
With this button you could pro pair and reset the AirPods pro pair if needed. Instead, the AirPods Pro 3 get a touch -sensitive button on the front, just like the AirPods 4 (€ 125.90) ​​already have. It is not yet known whether Apple will add new functionality to this button.

According to rumors, an important improvement in the AirPods Pro 3 is the sound quality. The ears get a better version of the active Noise canceling (noise reduction) and improved audio.
With the third generation AirPods Pro, annoying ambient noise is therefore filtered out even better. This is due to the new H3 chip, which ensures functions such as noise reduction.
