It also seems to me to be against the constitution to impose compulsory voting in non-constitutional elections. Even if the parliament decides afterwards that the elections were constitutional, compulsory voting cannot be valid. This would be a non-causal course of circumstances.

Finally, the parliament itself judges by examining the credentials on the regularity of elections. The rules regarding the compulsory attendance therefore remain in full force.
