According to the researchers, the apps can be found in both the App Store and the Google Play Store. The apps have already been downloaded more than 200,000 times. The relevant apps are Comecome,, ” Wetink and Anygpt. Apple has since removed these apps from the App Store. But do you still have one of these apps on your iPhone? The researchers also think that there are more apps that are ranging out of this kind of rogue things and that are still in the App Store. Therefore, pay attention before installing a new app. Check whether the developer is reliable, read recent reviews and keep your device and apps up-to-date. And does the app not work properly? Then remove it from your iPhone as soon as possible.
Be careful with screenshots
It is also smart not to take screenshots or photos of important data. Now not everyone has a crypto-wallet, but also screenshots of passwords and other private data can be stolen in this way. Also a photo of your passport would like to have malicious parties too.
