Techzle can exclusively report the prices of the facelifted Suzuki Ignis. Good news: the entry-level Ignis is not more expensive.
Earlier this month, Suzuki introduced the European version of the updated Ignis to the world, a very subtle facelifted model that previously made its public debut in Japan. Techzle can already report the new prices of the upgraded Suzuki.
The starting price of the new Ignis is € 16,742. This makes the Ignis 1.2 Smart Hybrid as Comfort, exactly 7 euros cheaper. Prefer equipment level Select? Even then, with a price tag of € 18,242, you will lose exactly 7 euros less than before. For the Style version you are even cheaper with € 19,742.
The Ignis is also available with automatic transmission, but then loses the mild-hybrid part of its drivetrain. The Ignis with automatic transmission cannot be combined with the Comfort basic version, but is available as Select and as Style. The prices are at € 20,485 and € 21,985 respectively. Here a price increase. In this case, the Select is € 936 more expensive than before, for the Style the price increase is € 836.
Finally, Suzuki offers the Ignis with All Grip drive. This version available in Select and Style trim is equipped with a manual gearbox and simply features mild hybrid technology. In this form, the Select changes ownership from € 20,492. For the Style, Suzuki asks € 21,992. This also makes these versions more expensive, there will be € 743 on top of the price of the Select and € 443 on that of the Style.
Facelift
The updated Ignis can be recognized, among other things, by its new front and rear bumpers, specimens that now have silver skid plates fitted. In addition, the Ignis gets a new grille with four separate elements. The 1.2 has been updated at the detail level and the mild hybrid versions have improved hardware. LED headlights and taillights are standard.
