The Lamborghini Revuelto has replaced the Aventador and the Huracán is the next in the Lambo stable to be followed. In these photos we see the car that will push the Lamborghini Huracán out of the showrooms.

This year marks the tenth anniversary of the launch of the Gallardo successor Huracán. The Lamborghini Huracán was a resounding success, but the years are starting to count. Big V12 brother Lamborghini Aventador came onto the market two years earlier and found a successor last year in the Revuelto and now that the Urus has also been refined, it is time for the Huracán to pass the baton to a successor.

The Lamborghini Huracán successor will reportedly be called Temerario and should make its debut this year. The Temerario breaks considerably with the Huracán, but don’t expect a completely different concept. The Huracán successor is also overloaded with sharp corners and creases and of course also gets a petrol engine behind the front seats. However, unlike predecessors Huracán and Gallardo, this will probably not be a V10. Although Aventador successor Revuelto received a V12 again, just like its predecessor – this time with plug-in hybrid support – the V10 will probably not survive the generation change. The ten-cylinder may make way for a V8, a machine that, thanks to electrical assistance, will not be inferior to that of the Huracán in terms of power.

As an SE, the Lamborghini Urus was recently introduced to a plug-in hybrid powertrain. It consists of a 620 hp 4.0 V8 and a 192 hp powerful electric heart. The system power: 800 hp and 950 Nm. It could be that this is the power plant that Lamborghini puts in the back of the Temerario.
