With your iPhone you keep it on average two days on a full battery with normal use. If you take it very quietly, three days would also be possible, but after that it will be tight.
The Mudita Kompakt smartphone (439 euros) is more than passed by. With this smartphone you can move forward up to 6 days (on standby). It is a minimalist telephone and it is designed for people who have had enough of the constant jump -off of reports, apps and more.
In addition to the strikingly good battery life, the Mudita Kompakt has a 4.3 inch screen from E-Ink. This screen has the advantage that it is perfectly readable in bright sunlight. But that is of course not all that this smartphone has to offer.
The Mudita Kompakt has no superfluous bells and whistles. But you can call, text and take photos (with an 8MP camera). There is also a music player on it and he has a 3.5 mm jack connection. There are also apps such as cards, notes, calendar, weather app and more. The operating system is Muditaos K and that even has some outer characteristics of iOS.
Also handy: the phone has support for two SIM cards and Esim. You charge it wirelessly or you can use a USB-C cable. There is no function like Face ID, but there is a fingerprint scanner on it.
A striking feature is the offline+ mode. This function not only switches wireless connections and your mobile data, but also the camera, microphone and Bluetooth. More information about the exact specifications can be found on the website of Mudita.
There are of course also some disadvantages to this device. This way you have no color screen and there is no App Store available. So you have to do it with the apps that are standard on it. But if you are looking for a smartphone that you don’t have to charge often and you don’t use many apps, then the Mudita Kompakt is an interesting choice.
