This is how you set it

It is important that you manually add the necessary information and also check an important setting. We explain how it works in the step-by-step plan below:

  • Open the settings from your phone
  • Tap on Safety and emergencies. The option should be visible under Location.
  • Tap on Medical information
  • Provide more information with the options: Name, Blood Type, Allergies, Drugs, Address, Medical Notes and organ donor
  • At the bottom of Medical Information, press Change setting
  • Set the option Allow access to emergency information at
  • Go back twice until you get back to the menu Safety and emergencies are
  • Choose Emergency Contacts
  • Tap on Add contact and set up a series of emergency contacts as desired
