After the models were already leaked at the beginning of this year, Triumph has now officially unveiled the Tiger 900 GT Aragon and Tiger 900 Rally Aragon. Available only in 2023 and each with a unique color scheme and specification, these special editions were launched by the British in celebration of last year’s victory in Baja Aragon.

We wrote in January that Triumph had two Aragon Editions in the pipeline based on both versions of the Tiger 900, the Tiger 900 GT and Tiger 900 Rally, after it emerged that Triumph in Australia had committed both models for model year 2023.
Going by that name, we then guessed that both models were in celebration of Iván Cervantes winning the prestigious Baja Aragon last year with the Tiger 900 Rally. That is, the new Trail class, for which only 3 bikes had entered. The other two were Yamaha Ténéré 700s.
However, the performance was no less. Of a total of 75 starters, Cervantes finished in a very neat 11th place, just 40 minutes behind factory rider Rui Conçalves of Team Sherco TVS and no less than 2 hours and 41 minutes ahead of the fastest Ténéré. A really solid performance.
Cervantes took that victory in the Baja Aragon in July last year and the British thought it appropriate to launch the new special editions exactly one year later. Both Tiger 900 Aragón Editions boast the specifications, technology and capabilities of the Tiger 900 GT Pro and Rally Pro.
The Tiger 900 Rally Aragón shows off a three-tier livery consisting of matte Phantom Black, matte Graphite and Crystal White, with striking Racing Yellow accents seamlessly combined with Triumph Tiger and Aragón Edition details, as well as a new and unique two-tone seat design.
The GT Aragón is also decked out with details from the Triumph Tiger and Aragón Edition, and a refreshing design with a two-tone seat. In addition, this version comes in a three-part colorway of Diablo Red, Matt Phantom Black and Crystal White, for a bold, yet elegant look.
Both models can still boast an impressive maximum torque of 87 Nm at 7,250 rpm and a slipper and assist clutch to match the supreme performance of the triple. Boasting a lightweight modular frame and high-performance suspension like their siblings, these two newcomers to the Tiger family are built to provide the ultimate agile and dynamic driving experience on and off road.
The GT Aragón Edition features a fully electronically adjustable 45mm USD cartridge fork from Marzocchi, while the Rally Aragón Edition features a Showa fork tuned for even better off-road performance.
Crash bars around the block are standard on both Aragón Editions, while the Rally Aragón Edition also has crash bars around the tank to complete the ultimate racing look. And if they weren’t special enough for you, both models can be equipped with more than 65 model-specific accessories.
