New colors, options and external changes
Citroen C3
Citroën presents the updated C3. It is a facelift of the classical kind: external changes, new colors, more personalization options and a number of small technical improvements.
The new Citroën C3 can be recognized immediately by the new grille, with the lower chrome rim on both sides bending down towards the headlights. They are now equipped with LED technology, but retain their shape. New Airbumps can be found on the side, with larger pads than before.
The updated C3 can be personalized even more than before, thanks to two new wheel designs, a new contrast color (blue) for the Airbumps and fog light frame and new roof stickers. According to Citroën, a total of 97 combinations can be made. There are also new interior design options, including a wood-look finish for the dashboard. Just like various other Citroën models, you can now order Advanced Comfort Seats in the C3, with thicker cushions. Another new feature is that an armrest is now available for the driver.
Front parking sensors, the aforementioned LED headlights and new online services of the multimedia system are the most important technical upgrades. The engine range does not change, the C3 is delivered unchanged with 83 and 110 hp versions of the three-cylinder PureTech petrol engine and with 110 hp BlueHDi diesel. The most powerful gasoline engine can optionally be combined with a six-speed automatic transmission.
Citroën will start selling the new C3 in June. The prices are not yet known.
