Viaplay Group has renewed its agreement with Formula One Management for a long period of five years. All races, qualifications and training can continue to be followed live on Viaplay. Viaplay also temporarily offers an affordable annual subscription.

Viaplay Group has announced that it has extended Formula 1 rights for the Netherlands and a number of other countries until the end of 2029. This means that Formula 1 fans in the Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland can continue to enjoy one of the most popular sports in the world until the end of 2029. In addition to the extension of the rights package, the collaboration with F1 TV Pro will also be continued in the Netherlands.

In 2023, Formula 1 was the fastest growing sport in the world on social media for the fourth year in a row.

As of today, Viaplay is reintroducing a new affordable annual subscription. With this subscription, viewers can enjoy the best sports for a year for a lower price.
