View all changes to files on Dropbox via the built-in log of this storage service.
View Dropbox history
The log is a handy tool to do a quick search, or to see what you have done and when via the Dropbox storage service. Of course, the log only applies to your own activities, no one but you can see this. The log is available from the Dropbox site.
- Open the website www.dropbox.com.
- click on To register.
- Enter the email address and password you use Dropbox with.
- click on To register.
- Now go to the address bar of the browser.
- Remove everything after .com and type ‘/events’ there. The web address will then be https://www.dropbox.com/events. Make sure there is no duplicate “https://www.seniorweb.nl/” after .com.
- Press Enter.
- The new page contains an overview of recent activities.
- On the right side of the screen is the option to search the activities by date.
- Select a date to see the day’s activities.
- Click on the activity to see details.
- Ready here? Then click on the left Start to return to the overview screen.
Tip: make the site Dutch
Is the site still in English? Then make it Dutch immediately.
- Click at the top right on the circle with the smiling doll or with your initials in it.
- click on Settings.
- Click to the right of ‘Languages’ on edit.
- click on Dutch.
- The site will now appear in Dutch.
