Weekend Poll: are you going to buy the new iPhone 14?

The enthusiasm rises, the impatience rears its head and the butterflies in the stomach start to come slowly. The arrival of the iPhone 14 is getting closer and closer. A very nice time is coming, but are you actually going to get started with Apple’s new smartphone?

I put that question in this one Weekend Poll welcome back to our readers.

Time for the iPhone 14?

Rumors surrounding the iPhone 14 have been around for a long time. However, the mill is only really working overtime at the moment. One rumor after another flies around your digital ears, as it were. It should be clear: the iPhone 14 is really not long in coming. The best time of the year, as far as I’m concerned, is slowly but surely approaching.

The big question is whether you as a consumer will actually get started with the new smartphone. For example, did you buy a new iPhone 13 last year or is your old model still good enough to last for years? Another possibility is of course that you don’t think the difference between your current model and the new iPhone 14 is big enough. In that regard, you might prefer to wait until next year’s device shows up.

Is the Apple Watch due for a redesign?

In the Weekend Poll from last week we focused on a message from Bloombergjournalist Mark Gurman. The reliable source said that we can take into account the arrival of a new Apple Watch. One that has a completely different design than we are used to. But is the consumer waiting for that?

486 people answered the statement: Is the Apple Watch due for a new design? The answer is clear: 295 people (60.7 percent of the vote) think the smartwatch could use a new look. Of these, 73 people (15.02 percent) thought that the outlined design would not be the solution. The other 118 people (24.28 percent) are completely satisfied with how the smartwatch looks now.
