These foods are widely considered “good for the brain”:
Oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines, herring)
Fruit, especially berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, …)
Nuts and cereals
Vegetables, especially cabbages, and avocados
Eggs
In moderation: dark chocolate.
