Soy milk contains less saturated fats, it is low in cholesterol, contains high-quality proteins, fibers and is easily digestible. Does drinking cow’s milk still have added value?

Answer
Best,
Cow’s milk has the added value that it contains more calcium, which we need to maintain the correct bone density. But if calcium is added to soy milk, this is not an issue.
For those who are lactose intolerant, cow’s milk has a clear negative value.
